Kimberly R. Orange

Kimberly’s passion for real estate and entrepreneurship are the foundation for KLR Real Estate Inc. She is the broker, a property manager, and licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor. With a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing and over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kimberly has established a brand that captures all areas of residential and small commercial real estate.


Kimberly has experience with every type of property including single family homes, condos, new construction and multi-family buildings

When not working in real estate, Kimberly volunteers with the Brittany K. Booker Foundation, which is a charitable organization for girls founded in honor of Kimberly’s niece.

Brandon is a native Baltimorean. The city and surrounding areas have and will always be home for Brandon. He attended high school at McDonogh School in Maryland. He then played college basketball at Binghamton University in Up-State New York, before transferring and continuing his athletic career and academic studies at the University of the District of Columbia. Brandon graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a B.A. degree in Sociology. Shortly after obtaining his college degree, Brandon discovered his passion for real estate and became a REALTOR.



Brandon was told that working as a REALTOR is not about "property, land or money, but about building relationships" and that's what he does at KLR Real Estate. Brandon puts his clients first.
